Belenorchik Labs

Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Belenorchik Labs ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use BelenLaunch, a macOS developer tool for creating native iOS projects and preparing provider and release configuration.

In short: BelenLaunch requires no BelenLaunch account. Project configuration and provider credentials are stored locally on your Mac. We do not receive them through a BelenLaunch-operated backend.

1. Information handled by BelenLaunch

You may enter project details, bundle identifiers, Apple developer and App Store Connect configuration, RevenueCat configuration, release metadata, and provider credentials. You may also select local folders, files, simulators, and generated project settings needed for the workflow you choose.

2. Local storage

BelenLaunch stores project configuration and provider credentials locally on your Mac so the app can perform the actions you request. This data is not synchronized to or stored by a BelenLaunch-operated account or backend. Anyone with access to your Mac or its backups may be able to access locally stored information, so protect your macOS account, device, and backups.

3. Direct connections to Apple and RevenueCat

When you initiate a provider operation, BelenLaunch makes HTTPS requests directly to Apple or RevenueCat using the credentials and configuration you supplied. Those providers receive the information required to authenticate and perform the requested operation, and handle it under their own terms and privacy policies. BelenLaunch does not route those provider requests through a developer-operated backend.

4. Data we collect

We do not collect personal information, project configuration, provider credentials, generated source code, analytics, advertising identifiers, telemetry, or usage history through BelenLaunch. The app contains no advertising and no developer-operated analytics service or backend.

If you email us for support, we receive the contact details and information you choose to include in that message. Do not send private keys, API secrets, passwords, or other credentials in support email.

5. Generated projects and third-party services

BelenLaunch can generate or configure code that you later choose to build, run, or distribute. A generated project may use Apple platform services or RevenueCat according to the options you select. You are responsible for reviewing that project's privacy behavior, third-party dependencies, disclosures, and store metadata before distribution. This policy covers the BelenLaunch macOS app, not every app or service you create with it.

6. Retention and deletion

Locally stored BelenLaunch data remains on your Mac until you change or remove it, remove the app and its local data, or erase the relevant device or backup. Apple and RevenueCat retain information according to their own policies. Support email is retained only as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain support records, and meet legal obligations.

7. Security

We design BelenLaunch around local storage and encrypted HTTPS provider connections. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. You are responsible for restricting access to your Mac and safeguarding all provider credentials.

8. Children

BelenLaunch is a developer tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as BelenLaunch, provider integrations, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will identify the current version.
