Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BelenLaunch, a macOS developer tool provided by Belenorchik Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By using BelenLaunch, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The BelenLaunch service

BelenLaunch helps create native iOS starter projects and guides provider configuration, Simulator testing, release metadata, and build preparation. Features may change as the app evolves. BelenLaunch does not guarantee that a generated app, provider setup, build, or submission will be approved, accepted, or remain compatible with third-party requirements.

2. No BelenLaunch account

BelenLaunch does not require a BelenLaunch login or user account. You may choose to connect provider accounts such as App Store Connect or RevenueCat. Those provider relationships are between you and the relevant provider and are governed by their terms.

You may not use BelenLaunch to violate law or third-party rights; access accounts or systems without authorization; distribute malware; interfere with the app or provider services; evade provider safeguards; or submit false, misleading, infringing, or unlawful information or software.

5. Provider services

Apple, RevenueCat, and other third parties control their own APIs, services, accounts, review decisions, availability, pricing, terms, and policies. We are not responsible for a provider outage, rejection, account action, API change, or decision. You authorize BelenLaunch to send user-directed requests to a provider when you initiate the corresponding action.

6. Generated output

You remain responsible for the projects and metadata you create with BelenLaunch. To the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party licenses, we do not claim ownership of your project content merely because BelenLaunch helped generate or configure it. BelenLaunch and its original interface, branding, and software remain owned by Belenorchik Labs or its licensors.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled by BelenLaunch. Do not send credentials or private keys in support requests.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BelenLaunch is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free output, provider acceptance, or preservation of data. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belenorchik Labs and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, credentials, profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, provider access, or use arising from BelenLaunch. Our total liability for claims relating to BelenLaunch will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the app during the 12 months before the claim or US $25. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

10. Changes and termination

You may stop using BelenLaunch at any time. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the app or features, subject to applicable law. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

11. General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and us concerning BelenLaunch. Mandatory protections in your place of residence remain available to you.
